Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Battle Jacket Wall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may use BJW for personal, lawful live-music history and community participation. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another account, scrape or automate access without permission, upload malicious material, impersonate others, harass people, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of original content you submit. You grant BJW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, resize, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service according to your visibility settings. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or service risks.

Catalog data, artwork, and trademarks

Artist names, logos, event information, and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. BJW’s digital patches are fan-oriented visual collectibles and are not physical merchandise or proof of endorsement by an artist, venue, promoter, or ticket provider. Catalog information may contain omissions or errors; members may submit corrections for review.

Attendance and collectibles

BJW relies partly on member-submitted history. Patches, milestones, totals, and rankings are digital features with no cash value. We may correct or revoke items created through error, duplicate data, abuse, or inaccurate attendance records.

Ticket links

Ticket availability, pricing, fees, refunds, and transactions are controlled by the external seller—not BJW. Ticket links may be affiliate links, which means BJW may earn a commission without changing your price. Review the seller’s terms before purchasing.

Service availability

BJW is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted operation or perfectly accurate third-party data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BJW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or external providers.

Ending use

You may delete your account from My Profile. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the service or its users, or create legal exposure.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as BJW evolves. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to contact@battlejacketwall.com.
